BMT de Beer ISO 9001:2008 certified

During the last 11 months a project team of BMT de Beer worked on setting-up a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008.
The quality of BMT de Beer mainly can be found in the competence and expertise of the surveyors. Therefore it was a challenge to create a system which proves that the expertise of our surveyors is managed in a way that the quality level is controlled to the satisfaction of our clients.
During the external audit by Lloyds Register it appeared that the processes as described in the quality management system were controlled satisfactorily and that same is according to the ISO 9001:2008 standards.
The entire organisation was involved in the whole process of setting up and completing the system. It was a valuable and a challenging process, of which we learned a lot.
We think it is important to have a constant customer focused approach when carrying out our work and we are convinced that this quality management system will contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and continuously improving the quality of our services.
Becoming certified is a great achievement for BMT De Beer and we hope that our clients will see and experience the benefits of our quality management system!
